Refund Policy
Due to the nature of the products sold on this site, no returns or exchanges are permitted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Be prepared to provide pictures. Unedited unboxing videos are very helpful. Please note that a picture of the contents shipped in your box is taken prior to it being sealed and mailed. Before and after pictures will be compared.
Package stolen or delivered to incorrect address
Please understand there is no way to guarantee packages delivered by to your door step, mailbox, etc will be safe from theft, and will not be refunded. Similarly, we are not mind readers. It is your responsibility to input the correct delivery address.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Concerns over quality
A sample of products listed on this site undergo laboratory analysis both by the wholesaler and the the company to ensure product purity and quality are appropriate for your laboratory research needs.
