Shipping Policy

Hours: Our shipping hours are from 10am to 5pm, Monday through Friday, except United States federal holidays. We are most definitely closed the day before and after New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.

Shipping & Handling times: Please keep in mind this is a small operation for now and we keep costs very low. Packages go out to the post office the following day each morning before noon, central time. Orders received before close of business will go out the following business day. Typically USPS shipping times are from 3 to 6 days, though please keep in mind shipping times can be delayed by strikes, bad weather, etc.

We only ship to the lower 48 United States.

Order Tracking: You will receive an automated tracking email for your package. If you do not see it, please check spam, trash filters and double check your email address was listed correctly. If you still don't see it, please email us.

Order revisions / cancellations: we fill orders pretty fast, but it is likely we can intercept the order and make changes if you email us before it ships out. Please keep in mind that changes may delay shipping. For example, if an order is placed Monday at 1pm and we are notified at 7pm of a revision, we will have to pull your order out the following morning. It is very likely your order will be delayed a day in this scenario.

Please enter your address correctly. This is 100% your responsibility. If you email us before it ships out, we can pull the order and make the change. This may delay shipping.

Incomplete, missing or damaged items: Quality and accuracy are very important to us. Please contact us immediately upon opening and discovering a missing, wrong or defective item. Please note that a picture of the contents of each package on a weight scale is taken with shipping label to help prevent fraud, track and audit concerns. Should your package be missing a vial of XYZ or received the incorrect vial, we can easily reference the photo and confirm the exact contents shipped. Defective item claims are taken very seriously as well. Each batch of product undergoes independent 3rd party lab analysis in addition to the wholesaler's certificate of analysis. Additionally, vials are weighed prior to shipping in the documentation process. Please contact us immediately with defective item concerns.
